MY STORY

Leah Hartmann
REALTOR®
Helping individuals and families find a place to call home is more than a career. I take pride in helping individuals and families secure a place where they can build their future with confidence. A home is where milestones are celebrated, traditions are built, and lasting memories are made that far outlive the moments themselves.
There’s nothing more rewarding than helping families find the place where their lives unfold.
My goal is to ensure every client feels supported, informed, and excited about stepping into the next chapter of their lives.

I am native to Pittsburgh, PA but have found myself for the past 12yrs in Lake County by marriage. My husband, Todd, and I live a life full of faith, family (both biological and chosen), and community. Our children are a big reason why being deeply involved in those areas and living purposefully are so important to us. We spend most of our free time participating in various ministry opportunities and athletics of all kinds.
“Real estate isn’t just about properties for me — it’s about people. I love building lasting relationships and helping others take confident steps toward their goals.”
