Absolutely. We have seen a consistent growth in home prices over the past 6 years. That's the data and history to lean into.
Could competition rise too?
Also yes. While buyer's have slowed their decisions, they still are purchasing homes, good homes, in the market.
And more competition can impact your leverage.
Sometimes waiting creates opportunity for your budget or competition.
Sometimes it quietly costs sellers momentum if they miss the market and still hope for a high sales price.
