What Cosmetic Issues Should I Ignore When Touring Homes?

This is where buyers sometimes miss incredible opportunities.

They walk into a home…

And within thirty seconds, they’re focused on:

The paint color.

The wallpaper.

The carpet.

The brass light fixtures.

The floral curtains from 1994.

And I get it.

First impressions are powerful.

But I often remind buyers…
