Stuck in the Parking Lot? What a Dead Car Battery Taught Me About Real Estate

A recent morning started like any other errand run—just a quick trip to the store for the essentials: toilet paper, bread, the usual. As I walked back to my car, still on the phone with a client discussing the next steps in her home purchase, I pressed the button to start the engine.

Nothing. Not a cough. Not a flicker. Just… silence.

For a moment, I froze. How am I going to make my appointments today? Where will I go to the bathroom? How am I even getting home?

My brain went into full-blown “car-is-dead and so is my day” mode.

But then I took a breath, looked around, and realized something obvious: the store I was sitting in front of sold exactly what I needed—a new battery. The solution to my mini-crisis was literally steps away. All I had to do was walk back inside and ask for help.

And that’s when it hit me. Sometimes the answers to our biggest worries are right in front of us. But we don’t get clarity until we take the first right step.

Real Estate Works the Same Way

Buying or selling a home can stir up its own kind of panic.

Where do I start? What if I make the wrong move? Who do I trust?

That’s where I come in.

My job isn’t just helping you buy or sell a house. It’s helping you navigate decisions, overcome the panic moments, and find solutions that move you forward—one step at a time.
